Behind the scenes: This is what a day in the Plan Concept team looks like

Our working day starts early — with meetings, planning, and equipment checks. Every project has its own requirements, but the goal is always the same: Everything must work precisely and securely. From the first cable connection to the final test, we do everything as a team. That's what it looks like from our point of view.

The morning starts in the office or directly on site — our team meets, we review plans and technical documentation for current and upcoming tasks. As a company that covers a wide range of electrical services — from medium-voltage systems to building automation systems — it is important that everyone is in harmony.

The project manager checks the material status, anticipates potential challenges and coordinates the installation, while the technicians and electricians review the floor plan and safety protocols. Before the tool is picked up, all team members know their task, installation location and deadline.

Our motto is: Quality, speed and safety — implementation in accordance with the highest technical standards.

When the job is nearing completion, we check every detail — whether everything works safely, cleanly and reliably.

After the tests and final checks, we put away the tools and note down what has been done and what is due tomorrow.

Often everything is coordinated in a quick call or message in a group — there isn't much philosophy, just good organization and mutual trust.

At the end of the day, the feeling of satisfaction of having done a good job remains.
